The concept of a string dampener is in the public domain, since the original U.S. patent protecting this type of product expired many years ago. Currently, there is no legal exclusivity preventing third parties from manufacturing or selling it.

IBOX Musical is the legitimate and independent manufacturer of its products and holds all rights related to the design, brand, finish, and visual identity of the DAMPER IBOX.

No company has any legal right to:

• prevent the sale of IBOX products
• interfere with distributors, retailers, or marketplaces
• request or require the removal of IBOX products from any sales platform

IBOX Musical reaffirms its commitment to its distributors, business partners, and end customers in more than 30 countries, ensuring that all sales of DAMPER IBOX products are fully legal and legitimate.

We will continue to protect our partners against any attempt at improper or illegal commercial interference.
